Filinvest City and Manila Bulletin set to stage webinar focused on South area property investments

Looking further into what the smart city has to offer and to answer these questions, the Manila Bulletin and Filinvest City have partnered to bring an insightful discussion centered on mindful urban planning in the Metro South and how it results in endless potentials and room for growth.

Titled “South and the City: Conquering the PH Business Hub,” the webinar is set to gather established experts in the local real estate scene. Jones Lang Lasalle Philippines vice chairman Joey Radovan will be bringing in his insights from decades of expertise on his talk about the present and expected real estate scenario of the Metro South.

Joining him is one of the great minds behind Filinvest City’s urban planning and its vice president for townships, Don Ubaldo, as he will talk about Filinvest City as the next-generation, future-ready city, thus, making it a prime choice for property investors.

Participants of the webinar will also hear from locators as they share their first-hand experience on how Filinvest City is the place to be for people to work, live, play, and thrive.

These include MaricelBrion-Lirio, president and chief executive officer of Filinvest REIT Corp. (Currently Cyberzone Properties, Inc.); Jonel Borromeo, chief corporate planning officer of Dearborn Motors Co. Incorporated that operates Ford dealerships, including one in Alabang; and Architect Brian Loo Dee, the vice president for operations of the TDC Group of Companies that handles the construction of One Trium Tower, a 20-story office building and a new member of the locators in Filinvest City vying for LEED-Gold Certification.

To be moderated by journalist and news presenter Michelle Ong, the webinar will happen on July 13, 2021, at 10:00 AM.
