PRC: 1,546 passers in June 2021 Pharmacist Licensure Examination

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, July 7, announced that 1,546 out of 2,337 passed the Pharmacist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Pharmacy in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Davao, Lucena, Tacloban and Tuguegarao last June 2021.

The results were released in five working days after the last day of examination.

The successful examinees who garnered the 10 highest places in the said examination are the following:

PRC also announced that from August 2 to August 20, 2021 registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line.

"Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration," it said.

The Commission added that those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), two pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps and one piece short brown envelope.

PRC also reminded successful examinees to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

As to the date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees, the Commission said, this will be announced later.
