Shell warns public against new phishing scam

Shell Phising Scam Warning

Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation warned the public against a new phishing scam that uses the name of Shell and offering cash prizes once they complete an online survey.


Once the users click on these posts, they are taken to a survey form where they are asked to input their personal details to win the alleged cash prize. When the unsuspecting respondent supplies his or her personal information on this fictitious survey form, the scammers will be able to steal personal information.

Pilipinas Shell values everyone’s safety and security and advised the public to be diligent when clicking on links claiming to be from Shell only uses verified platforms to communicate its offers to the public.
