DSWD: 111,236 unserved SAP beneficiaries in Calabarzon already received 'ayuda'
The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has reported that more than 111,000 unserved beneficiaries of the national government’s Social Amelioration Program (SAP) in Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) Region have already received their cash aid.

The DSWD Region IV-A said as of June 2021, a total of 111,236 unserved SAP beneficiaries in the region have received their emergency cash subsidies.
“Ang mga pamilyang ito ay mula sa 223,417 na kwalipikadong pamilya na hindi natanggap ang ayuda mula sa mga financial service providers para sa 2nd tranche at ganundin sa mga waitlisted beneficiaries (These families are from 223,417 eligible families who have not received assistance from financial service providers for the second tranche and belong to the list of waitlisted beneficiaries),” it said in a Facebook post.
It said a total of 112,181 beneficiaries in the region have yet to be served.
They were advised to coordinate with their respective local government units (LGUs) and wait for their announcement on the last schedule of payout.
The beneficiaries were urged to proceed to payout areas during the last schedule of the SAP distribution, the DSWD Region IV-A said.
