Valenzuela City contact tracing app to be interconnected with Taytay, Rizal

The local government of Valenzuela City’s contact tracing app #ValTrace will be interconnected with the system used in Taytay, Rizal starting on Monday, June 28.



According to the city government, the #ValTrace QR code will be accepted in Taytay, Antipolo, Pasig City, and Mandaluyong City.



Mayor Rex Gatchalian said that it would be more convenient for the residents visiting the said areas using only one QR code.


In March, the city’s contact tracing system was interconnected with the systems used in the cities of Pasig, Mandaluyong and Antipolo.
