One of the biggest esports and gaming organizations in the country is eyeing to enter the Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL).

With the widely reported and rumored implementation of the franchise-based model, TNC is looking to join the MPL Philippines in the upcoming Season 8.

The development was confirmed by TNC Group of Companies general manager Eric Redulfin himself to Manila Bulletin on Tuesday, June 22.

"We are planning depending on the availability of the slot," said Redulfin in a quick online chat.

The amiable owner and founder of TNC added that they are currently under negotiation with an existing MPL team.

Redulfin though politely refused to name the team they are dealing with at the moment.

TNC currently has a renowned Dota 2 squad in TNC Predator, which is seeking to compete in its fifth consecutive The International by securing the last Southeast Asian spot through the regional qualifier.

TNC previously had Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CSGO) and League of Legends divisions.
