Never mind the height, but are you the next Miss Universe Philippines?
For the first time in national pageantry, the Miss Universe Philippines pageant removed its minimum height requirement for candidates who wish to join the competition.
This was revealed by the MUP on its official Facebook account on June 8.
"No minimum height requirement," read one of the requirements on MUP art card.
Other requirements:
* at least 18 years of age and under 28 years of age at the time of Miss Universe Philippines pageant.
* must be a Filipino citizen and a Philippine passport holder
* female, never been married or borne children.
No date has been set for the finals of Miss Universe Philippines 2021 beauty pageant.
The winner will represent the Philippines at the 70th Miss Universe beauty pageant, which will be staged either in December 2021 or January 2022.
