A fire broke out in a residential area on Sagingan Street at Area 7 Nawasa Line, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, Monday afternoon.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Public Information Office, the fire reached the 1st alarm at around 3:34 p.m. and 2nd alarm at around 3:46 p.m. before it was extinguished at 5:05 p.m.
Twenty-five residential houses were damaged by the blaze that affected 50 families.
The estimated damage to property was pegged at P600,000.
No casualty was reported.
