Sana all!: Lone bettor from Rizal bags P10-M Lotto 6/42 jackpot prize


A lone bettor from Rizal won the P10-million jackpot prize of Lotto 6/42 during a draw on Saturday, June 5.

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the bettor, who bought the lucky ticket in San Mateo, Rizal, hit the winning combination 21-05-09-03-01-12.

Based on the summary of the draws, a lone ticket guessed the winning combination for the Lotto 6/42 with a total jackpot prize of P10,032,090.40.

The agency also announced on Sunday, June 6, that a total of 69 second prize winners will also receive P24,000 each.

Meanwhile, no one won the P29.7-million jackpot prize of Grand Lotto 6/55. The winning combination was 49-13-16-12-42-11.

While no one bagged the top prize, the PCSO said four second prize winners will take home P100,000 each.

On the other hand, no one correctly guessed the winning combination for 6D Lotto which had a jackpot prize of P2,406,925.30. The winning combination was 3-5-3-6- 3-0.

To claim their prizes, PCSO said that winners need to go to its main office in Mandaluyong City and present the winning tickets along with two identification cards.

The agency said that prizes that are above P10,000 will be subjected to 20 percent tax pursuant to the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law.

The prizes that were not claimed within one year from date of draw will also be "considered forfeited” based on the Republic Act No. 1169 or the PCSO Charter, it added.
