Netizens may root for a romance between Batangas City Vice Governor Mark Leviste and Kris Aquino, but it seems that the two celebrities are just friends for now.

On Instagram June 1, Mark visited Kris and brought her food at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.

Joining Mark and Kris were lawyer Gideon V. Pena and Bimby Aquino.

Kris told her fans that she just got her first dose of AstraZeneca vaccine as she encouraged Mark to get his jab for protection.

"Thank you for the visit & the food vice gov @markleviste, although I believe you should get your vaccine soonest because you’re not just protecting yourself, you must get your vaccine for the safety of your constituents, friends, family, and loved ones. Agree?" said Kris on IG.

After Kris turned down the proposal of Mark in March 2020, the politician is being linked to actress Cristine Reyes.

The full post of Kris:

"@attygideon & i have both gotten our first doses of our vaccine. My doctors chose AstraZeneca as my safest option.

"But we are still masked, and we’re all taking the necessary precautions (new cases reported today are still 5,177)…

In March 2020, Kris turned down the proposal of Mark on Instagram.

“I choose you," wrote Mark with a yellow heart emoji.

But Kris rejected the proposal.

“No thank you, no offense,” said the Queen of All Media.

Kris explained then her decision to turn down Mark's proposal.

“It's not healthy to entertain someone when you know in your heart that feelings for another haven't been totally extinguished--I think the saying is when you know there are still broken fragments, don't make someone else pick up the pieces--he'll end up getting hurt, and you won't become whole again.

"Repairing what's broken is a job only for the one who still grieves because the new person had nothing to do with what is your personal pain from the past… Unless I resolve that, I have no business letting someone new into my life. My heart has to know there are absolutely no leftover feelings," Kris said.
