Police identified the arrested driver as Pauline Mae S. Altamirano, 26, from Calamba, Laguna.

Altamirano was initially flagged down by Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) enforcer Marcos Anzures on Osmeña Highway corner San Andres St. for disregarding traffic signs past 8 a.m.

Anzures took Altamirano’s vehicle registration for checking as part of the protocol since the latter also did not have a driver’s license.

In the video, Altamirano was caught hitting, cursing, and grabbing Anzures by his uniform while asking for her car registration back.

“Ibigay mo sa akin ‘yan, pinicturan mo na g**o ka ba? T*****a mo ah (Give it to me, didn't you already take a photo of it? F**k you),” Altamirano was heard as saying in the video posted by the Manila City Public Information Office (PIO) on its Facebook page.

MTPB Director Dennis Viaje said Anzures was not yet done checking the vehicle registration when Altamirano started hitting the traffic enforcer.

Altamirano has been charged for violation of Section 19 of RA 4136, Article 148 (Direct Assault), and Article 151 (Resistance and Disobedience to a Person in Authority of the Agent of Such Person) of the Revised Penal Code.

She was brought to a precinct by members of the Manila Police District MPD Special Mayor's Reaction Team (MPD-SMaRT).
