CSC Commissioner Ailen Lizada said the agency will go to government offices in the region to administer the exam.

"Because of what's happening in the NCR marami ho tayong limitasyon (We have many limitations). Ang ginagawa po natin sa NCR now ay agency-based pen and paper test. Ang CSC na po ang pupunta sa ahensya ng gobyerno at kami po yung magbibigay ng exam subject to the protocols of the IATF (What we will do instead is we will administer an agency-based pen and paper test. The CSC will go to government agencies to provide the exams subject to the protocols of the IATF)," Lizada said during the Laging Handa Briefing.

"Mag-ocular po kami, po ang pipili ng venues. May mga detail lang po because we have to satisfy the protocols ng IATF (We will do ocular, they will choose the venues. We have to satisfy the IATF protocols)," the commissioner noted.

Lizada said the number of persons that will be accommodated during the agency-based CSE-PPT in Metro Manila will depend on the capacity of each government agency.

"For the agency-based, we will be relying on the venue na ibibigay ng ahensya ng gobyerno (that will be provided by the government agency. Mas malaki, mas mabuti. Open air, mas mabuti (The bigger, the better. If its in open air, better)," she added.

CSC will conduct a CSE-PPT on July 18 in Western Visayas, Central Visayas, SOCCSKSARGEN, and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
