The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) has allayed fears about a Taal Volcano eruption, the Commission on Audit (COA) is questioning the National Museum on transactions involving some artworks, while the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is declaring victory in its bid to close all open dumpsites in the country.
