The Pasay City government has started the distribution of the P3,000 financial assistance to all qualified public school students from elementary to secondary levels.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said each student will receive P3,000 for the last three months of last year or P1,000 per month.
Rubiano said the stipend for the months of January, February, and March of this year is being prepared by the city government.
She said the city is also giving assistance to tertiary students who are being given their monthly allowance regularly.
The mayor, in her address to the people through the city’s Public Information Office FB page, called on all the students and their parents to submit all the necessary requirements for them to avail of the cash aid.
“Kaya naman po inaanyayahan ko kayong lahat na ihanda at isumite na ninyo ang kailangang mga papeles upang sa ganoon ay makuha na ninyo ang inyong financial assistance,” (I am asking you to prepare and submit the necessary documents so that you can get your financial assistance) Rubiano said.
The mayor said the distribution of the stipend on May 19 will be at the Bernabe Elementary School with 504 beneficiaries, Rafael Palma Elementary School with 770, and Epifanio Delos Santos Elementary with 991 students.
The distribution on May 20 to 22 will be at the Maricaban Elementary School with 2,516 students, and Pasay City North High School-Tramo with 2,581 students.
