“Believe in family #puso,” the caption read, showing a photo of Animam along with Paras and Far Eastern University high school star Cholo Anonuevo.
A separate video of her shooting hoops was also posted with a caption that read, “Maniwala. Family uplifting Family. No one left behind. If you BELIEVE in yourself and have dedication and pride – and never quit, you’ll be a winner. The price of victory is high but so are the rewards.”
The 6-foot-4 Animam is coming off a successful stint in Taiwan where she led Shih Hsin University to a championship with their records unblemished.
A double gold medalist at the 2019 Southeast Asian Games where she played in the 3×3 and 5-on-5 events, Animam also boasts of an impressive collegiate career where she won five UAAP titles with the National University Lady Bulldogs unscathed.
