Four teens nabbed in dismantled drug den in Tacloban City

TACLOBAN CITY – Four teens and one other drug personality were nabbed in a buy-bust which resulted in the dismantling of a drug den in Tacloban City Monday, May 17.
The drug den was maintained by Joshua Ramos, 19, and John Paul Labiran, 19.
Also nabbed were Felipe Gayoso, 21; John Verle Barredo, 18; and Remuel Magalona, 19, all visitors of the drug den and residents here.
The suspects were arrested around 6:30 p.m. at Quarry District Brgy. 43-A here.
Authorities seized more or less six grams of suspected shabu worth P40,800, 0.5g worth of marijuana, buy-bust money, and other drug paraphernalia.
The suspects will be facing charges for violation of Sections 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, and 26 of paragraph C, Article 2 of the Republic Act 9165 or the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
They are now temporarily detained at PDEA Detention Facility in Palo, Leyte.
