‘Pilipinas Got Talent’ vape master nabbed in Quezon drug bust


STA. CRUZ, Laguna – A well-known vape master of Laguna, who became a finalist in the defunct television reality show Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT), was arrested by anti-narcotics operatives in an entrapment in Barangay Duhat here Friday.
 
Sta. Cruz Laguna police arrested the suspect, Mark Joven Olivido, after he sold three sachets of suspected shabu to a cop who pretended as a client at around 2 p.m., according to the report of Police Col. Arvin Avelino, chief of the Police Intelligence Unit and Drug Enforcement Unit.

The suspect became famous for his vape skills, earning him the title vape master in PGT Season 6.

Based on the report, agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and police operatives led by Police Lt. Henry Sasaluyan launched a buy-bust operation after receiving information about the suspect's illegal drugs trade.

Barangay official and members of the media witnessed Olvido's arrest and the inventory of the evidence confiscated from him.
