Park Seo Joon set to appear in a new thriller drama?

South Korean heartthrob Park Seo Joon has been offered a role for a new drama written by ‘Dr. Romantic’s’ Kang Eun Kyung.

According to reports by Korean news outlets, the ‘Itaewon Class’ star was tapped to play the male lead in the drama ‘Gyeongseong Creature.’

His agency Awesome ENT acknowledged that Park Seo Joon already received the synopsis but he is still waiting for the script in order to review the role of Jang Tae Sang, a wealthy businessman who is completely consumed by his own life that he does not care for justice. He will meet a woman who will turn his life around.

‘Gyeongseong Creature’ is a survival thriller drama set in a fictional world where humans do not enjoy sovereignty and the most basic human rights.

‘Stove League’ director Jung Dong Yoon has reportedly signed on to helm the project.

Meanwhile, Park Seo Joon is scheduled to meet Pinoy fans for his 10th anniversary online fan meet entitled ‘COMMA.’

The event, which will happen on May 14 at 4 pm is co-sponsored by Smart Communications Inc and KakaoTV.
