Sexy actress Sunshine Cruz sought the help of netizens in reporting a maliciously edited photo to make it appear that she and her three daughters were having dinner with a porn star.
In the picture, the head of Sunshine’s partner Macky Mathay has been edited and replaced it with the face of a porn celebrity.
"I will never understand why people think making fun of other people is funny. No one has the right to humiliate others. What would you feel kung isa sa pamilya nyo ang gawing katatawanan?," Sunshine wrote on Facebook.
"It only shows the character na meron ang isang tao. Hindi ako humihingi ng respeto pero itrato nyo lang din akong tao. Pareho nyo nasasaktan din ako. Walang ginagawang masama ang pamilya ko kahit kanino."
The post immediately received thousands of reactions and comments; and was even shared almost 6000 times in the span of three hours since it was uploaded.
The comment section was filled with mixed reactions from “maniac” remarks to some netizens expressing disappointment on how the manipulated photo insinuated that Sunshine and her daughters will star in a project along with the porn actor.
Some netizens in the comment section said the foreign guy in the edited snap is a porn star.
Sunshine’s two children Samantha and Francheska are both under age – 17 and 16 – respectively, while her eldest Angelina will turn 20 this year. The girls are daughters of Sunshine and former husband Cesar Montano.
Later, Sunshine also exposed another Facebook page sharing the same edited picture.
"Sa mga hindi aware, Macky’s face was edited. Binago at ginawang porn actor. The comments as you can see are disgusting," she said.
"Let’s not tolerate this kind of behavior here on Facebook. Sadly, it is so easy for others to say nasty things on social media."
