Anchor land tops off tallest tower in Binondo

Real estate developer Anchor Land Holdings Corporation has topped off its luxury residential tower Anchor Grandsuites, the tallest building in Manila’s Chinatown. 

“I would like to commend everyone’s resilience and hard work. Because of each and every one of you, we are able to reach the highest point of Anchor Grandsuites without compromising the quality of the project and the welfare of our people over the years and during these challenging times,” Anchor Land Chief Executive Officer Steve Li said. 

Anchor Grandsuites is the tallest tower in Manila Chinatown to date. The 63-story luxury residence will become another iconic landmark at the heart of Binondo offering dynamic and modern living to hardworking and highly accomplished Filipino-Chinese families.

“We are proud to be part of this iconic project which is the tallest building in Manila Chinatown and in all Chinatowns in the world,” said Asya’s Principal Albert Yu. 

He added that, “We would like to thank Anchor Land for trusting us over the years and for allowing us to think outside the box by coming up with unique and modern designs that befit the 21stcentury Filipino-Chinese community.”

Anchor Grandsuites offers unparalleled living spaces with options for standard and bi-level residences that come in two-bedroom units to five-bedroom units. 

The Binondo skyscraper will provide top-of-the-line amenities on the penthouse level, which includes a multiform swimming pool, an exclusive health club, a well-equipped fitness center and a clubhouse that can hold grand celebrations of special occasions.

It will also offer an overlooking view of the skylines of Makati, Manila, and Binondo.
