Alexa Ilacad is all grown up on her new single ‘Stay Right Here’

Alexa Ilacad

With every new single that the singer-actress releases as part of her growing discography, we see her clear, cohesive, and irrepressible identity as an artist take shape.

Without a doubt, Alexa Ilacad is as versatile as she is all grown up, and you’ll definitely want to Stay Right Here to watch it all unfold.

Fresh from dominating on streaming platforms for her role as the iconic Bobbie Salazar in Four Sisters Before The Wedding, Alexa sets her sights back on music with the release of her latest single “Stay Right Here” — an urban dance-pop track that’s heady with atmosphere and dripping with the charismatic vocals she’s known for.

“Stay Right Here” strikes an enigmatic balance between ardent vulnerability and hypnotizing temptation, resulting in a siren song that showcases Alexa’s adaptability, depth, and maturity.

It’s a stark departure from the upbeat, near-naivete of her previous single “Love At First Sight” (released just last Nov. 2020), but is no less exciting and intoxicating.

Even as the 20-year-old continues to grow and take on new challenges, we see the bigger pieces of her puzzle fall into place with every release, revealing an artist with talent that speaks for itself, who knows exactly who she is and where she’s heading, and is determined to define her stardom by no one else’s standard but her own.

‘Stay Right Here’ will be available on Spotify and all digital streaming platforms on Friday, April 30.

Born on Feb. 26, 2000, Alexa currently stars in the new Kapamilya teleserye "Init Sa Magdamag."
