The "Grateful Tuesdays" gift and aid-giving has become a weekly event, under the auspices of chemist Pinky Tobiano and co-hosts Jaya and Zephanie.

Last Wednesday, April 21, they brought gift packs and joy to over 150 youth under the care of SOS Village Village in Lipa, Batangas.

Chemist Pinky Tobiano led the gift-giving, in coordination with Vice-Governor Mark Leviste.

Pinky was joined by co-host Jaya and special guest Moira dela Torre just like in all undertakings of the public service online show.

It was a memorable day for the children as they received gifts and joining Jaya and Moira in singing the hit song "Paubaya."

They were also treated to a Tiktok dance chanllenge led by Pinky and Jaya.

The fun event was challenging in coping up with the government health and safety protocols, but it was worth it, seeing the happy faces of the children.

“It was so touching, we really cried,” the hosts admitted.

Jaya noted: “The kids felt it was like an early Christmas gift to them.”

“This is ‘Grateful Tuesdays’ advocacy-to bring happiness and make them feel blessed and grateful for all the gifts from our online show, amid this pandemic,” said Pinky.

Prior to "Grateful Tuesdays" Season 3, they have distributed aid to the most harshly affected by the pandemic.

Over 250 jeepney drivers plying the Katipunan-Tandang Sora route were given aid when enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) was imposed in Metro Manila plus.

Due to ECQ and lockdown in a number of barangays in Metro-Manila, many families of jeepney drivers were most badly affected.

Pinky is making good on her promise to help the needy through their online program, especially with the growing, all-out support of its major sponsors, like The Farm of San Benito, Lyka Gems, and many more.

This gift-giving for the youth of SOS Village will be aired on the April 27 episode of ‘Grateful Tuesdays’ in the Facebook account of Cornerstone Entertainment, Chemist Pinky Tobiano, and CS Entertainment Kumu Channel at 7 p.m.

Laptops, cash prizes and loads can be won by lucky viewers of "Grateful Tuesdays."
