Gerald Anderson recently featured his new babe Julia Barretto on his vlog.

In there, Gerald asked his "very special guest" to try Filipino "street" food.

"All right guys! Welcome back sa channel ko! Meron tayong special guest, si Julia… May hinanda kaming foods na hindi niya masyadong kinakain. Mga pagkain na medyo hindi pa siya na expose dun," said the "Init Sa Magdamag" actor in his introduction video.

Among the food in the list were papaya, singkamas, Indian mango, isaw, balunbalunan, kwek-kwek, binatog na mais, suman, and dinuguan.

Asked which one she's most excited to try, Julia quipped: "Wala!"

According to Julia, she never had those foods, but she was willing to try for Gerald.

However, the young actress was also expressive when she doesn't like the taste.

"Yuck! Di ko type," said Julia when she ate kwek-kwek.

Meanwhile, no matter how she tried, Julia spat the pig's blood stew that Gerald fed her.

On the other hand, in between those food tasting, the 32-year-old actor would ask some questions to the 24-year-old actress.

Among was Julia's reaction to Gerald's impromptu getaways.

"The best!" said she. "Yun nga yung hinihintay ko."

In terms of her "ideal vacation" with her bae, Julia hopes to have a road trip from one state to another.

How about her five to 10-year plan?

"Family," her simple answer, that Gerald followed up with "saan dun sa 5 or 10?"

"Next year!" Julia quipped, which made the actor laughed out loud.

The eldest daughter of Marjorie Barretto and Dennis Padilla also answered if she was willing to leave showbiz in exchange for a quiet life.

"Anytime," Julia declared, relating that she will always dream of living a "simple-quiet time" with her future family.

She also shared the "greatest lesson" in life so far which is about "keep going."
