Roque won't be vaccinated yet, says he still has COVID-19 antibodies

After testing COVID-19 positive twice within one month, Presidential spokesman Harry Roque said that he will not be vaccinated yet because he still has antibodies from his earlier infection.

The Palace official first tested positive for the coronavirus on March 15. Roque said he tested positive again earlier this month and he was hospitalized at the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) in Manila.

“Ako po kakagaling ko lang sa COVID, so marami pa po akong antibodies ngayon noh. Pero magpapasukat po ako ng antibodies at ang sabi naman nila mga 90 days ang antibodies natin (For me, I just came from getting COVID, so I have a lot of antibodies now. But I will have my antibodies measured and they said our antibodies will last for 90 days),” Roque said on Tuesday, April 20.
