Aboitiz's Lima Land offers Batangas commercial lots

LIMA Land, Inc., a member of the Aboitiz Group of Companies, is offering new commercial lots in Batangas with the launching of the next phase of its commercial zone’s transformation.

LIMA Central Business District is LIMA Estate’s 30-hectare commercial area, which houses various commercial components such as The Outlets at Lipa, LIMA Exchange, LIMA Park Hotel, and LIMA Transport Hub.

The new commercial lot offering will further boost the Estate’s overall economic activity and support Batangas’ recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.

LIMA Estate is a 700-hectare Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) – registered economic zone in Lipa-Malvar, Batangas.

Apart from the existing 167 retail, service, and restaurant spaces, 138-room four-star hotel, and transportation hub, it is also home to 127 industrial locators, over 2,000 households, and more than 58,000 employees.

“LIMA’s commercial zone has evolved very quickly in the past few years. As we continue to transform LIMA Central Business District to further complement our industrial zone, we invite developers and investors to take part in this growth,” said Aboitiz Integrated Economic Centers First Vice President Rafael Fernandez de Mesa.

He added that, “The launch of our commercial lot offerings paves the way for our vision to turn LIMA Estate into a smart integrated economic center, fully supported by our own ecosystem of services including power, water, and construction, as well as the latest digital technologies.”

De Mesa said “This will open up a new wave of opportunities in the area and bring a higher standard of development and quality to provincial locations.”

LIMA Land is selling four hectares of its commercial lot inventory within LIMA CBD, presenting a unique opportunity for investors who wish to locate in Batangas, a fast-growing economic hub in the Calabarzon region.

Lot sizes range from 1,800 up to 5,000 square meters, ideal for BPO companies, offices, dormitories, condominiums, schools, hospitals, hotels, civic centers, and other commercial uses.

These types of establishments will complement existing commercial components in the zone. In this area, LIMA also plans to construct LIMA Tower One, the first of a six-building office complex.

“This is a great opportunity for like-minded developers and investors. LIMA Estate is projected to grow significantly in the next few years as we expand our footprint to accommodate more industrial locators and commercial developments,” said Nico de Leon, Sales and Leasing Manager of Aboitiz Integrated Economic Centers.

He noted that, “It consistently delivers substantial growth and value appreciation since our acquisition six years ago. LIMA is strategically located within an ecozone, with established services and further infrastructure projects lined up that make it more attractive.”
