Interview of Julia Barretto expressing desire to play the mistress in 'The World Of Married Couple' trends online

Following ABS-CBN's announcement it is going to create an adaptation of the gripping psychological drama “Doctor Foster,” an old interview of Julia Barretto expressing her desire to play the mistress on the said show has resurfaced.

According to Julia, she wants to star in the South Korean TV series “The World Of Married Couple” -- the foreign version of "Doctor Foster."

“I wanna be Da-kyung, the young girl,” said Julia. “If you’ve seen it you would know. She’s the young girl there, she’s so pretty.”

In the show, Da-Kyung is the mistress of  Lee Tae-oh (actor Park Hae-joon).
