Team Lakay stalwarts Lito Adiwang and Stephen Loman were reportedly pulled out of the ONE on TNT card this month after testing positive for COVID-19.

The International Business Times confirmed the development Wednesday, April 7, through an exclusive interview with ONE Championship CEO and founder Chatri Sityodtong.

"Yes, confirmed," Team Lakay coach Mark Sangiao replied to the Manila Bulletin in a text message a few hours after the development came out.

The famed Benguet stable, which has been preparing for their busiest month yet, took a huge blow after Loman and Adiwang caught the coronavirus before leaving the country en route to Singapore.

Veteran fighter Eduard Folayang, meanwhile, is also under observation together with the whole Team Lakay due to exposure, the report added.

Troy Worthen is set to step up for Loman, who is initially set for his ONE Championship debut, against former UFC fighter John Lineker while a replacement for Adiwang against No. 1 world strawweight Jarred Brooks has yet to be announced.
