Filipino basketball star Thirdy Ravena continues to make huge waves in Japan as the San-En NeoPhoenix will pay tribute to their prized import by wearing Ateneo-inspired jerseys next game.

Japan B.League, in a Facebook post, Friday, April 2, teased basketball fans with the blue jerseys of the NeoPhoenix, veering away from their usual red and black palette when they take on the Kawasaki Brave Thunders on April 4, Sunday.

The new uniform is mostly covered in blue as the sides were clad in black with dashes of red and gray.

After a lengthy absence due to a fractured right finger, Ravena returned to the court only to be defeated by the Ryukyu Golden Kings, 110-71, in Okinawa, Japan, on March 31.

The 24-year-old Ravena scored 11 points on 5-of-14 shootings with two rebounds, one assist and one steal in 31 minutes of play as San-En fell to an 11-38 record in the Japan. B League.
