Catholic lay preacher Bo Sanchez tests positive for COVID-19

Catholic lay preacher Bo Sanchez has tested positive for coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

He revealed this in a Facebook post on Wednesday, March 31.

"I just received my test results.I have COVID. I have slight fever and cough," Sanchez said.

"Almost everyone in my family has COVID too, though some are asymptomatic," he added.

Sanchez said he shared their condition to "encourage everyone that it’s okay to tell people about it and seek prayers."

“Let’s pray for each other. God is with us. I know this is a difficult time. But with Him by our side, we will overcome," he said.

Sanchez also said that he was able to record his “Fulltank” videos until Easter Sunday before he got sick.

“But I’ll be resting and won’t able to make new videos for next week. My team will send you other videos to bless you,” he said.
