Bulacan governor Daniel R. Fernando assured the public that all efforts are being made to ensure that all residents will be vaccinated against the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

“Just when we finally started to vaccinate against COVID-19, medyo makakahinga na sana tayo, tsaka naman dumating 'yung mga bagong variant, kaya naman hindi talaga tayo pwedeng kumampante. Nakakatuwa na unti-unti nababakunahan na ang mga healthcare workers natin at sa awa ng Diyos ay mabakunahan na silang lahat at walang maiiwan,” (Just when we finally started to vaccinate against COVID-19, we would have been able to breathe a bit but the new variants have arrived, so we can't really be complacent. It is exciting that our healthcare workers are being vaccinated and with the mercy of God, they will all be vaccinated and no one will be left behind)," Fernando said.
