UDM under 10-day lockdown after employees contract COVID-19
The Unibersidad de Manila (UDM) was placed under a 10-day hard lockdown after some of its employees tested positive for coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

The lockdown will be effective until April 5.
In a memo released Saturday, March 5, UDM said during the lockdown, no one will be allowed to enter the university premises except for identified essential personnel who will be allowed to enter the premises until March 30.
"From 31 March 31 to 5 April, 2021 absolutely no one shall be allowed inside the University," the memo read.
The university said that all its personnel who tested for COVID-19 and had a negative result were advised to go on self-quarantine.
Disinfection and defogging will be conducted all over the university premises.
