Michael de Mesa gets death threat for his role in 'FPJ's Ang Probinsyano'

Multi-awarded actor Michael de Mesa has revealed that he received a death threat from a netizen for playing a character in the popular TV series "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano."


"Hoy manager sana mamatay ka na sa probinsyano mo. Pag nakita kita sa personal. Titirahin kita sa ulo mo at sa t*** mo," a netizen commented on De Mesa's Facebook. De Mesa plays Pat. Ramil 'Manager' Taduran in the series.

De Mesa, also one of the directors of the serye, commented: "Ganun ba ako ka effective? Bro, teleserye lang yan. Wag masyadong seryoso. Positive vibes lang. Hahaha!"


Later, the netizen apologized to De Mesa.


"Sir Michael de mesa. Pasensya na po PWD po ako na dala lang po ako sa galing mong pag arte galit na galit ako sa ginawa mo kay sir cardo sa palabas nyo po. Sorry po talaga! Gusto ko mag sorry sa inyo kahit sa harap," the netizen wrote.

De Mesa told his followers: "Guys, nag sorry na siya! Thank you for having my back.  Let this be a teachable moment for all of us. To be careful of what we say to each other online and in person. Basta good vibes lang tayo!"
