Team Lakay's Lito Adiwang hopes to continue his winning ways when he faces ONE Championship debutant Jarred Brooks of the United States in ONE on TNT II at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on April 14.
Adiwang, who last saw action in ONE: Unbreakable in January, is completely moving on from an unlikely rematch against Hiroba Minowa of Japan.
The Team Lakay stalwart scored a second-round knockout victory against Japanese foe Namiki Kawahara, weeks after overcoming the death of his mother Leticia in late December.
With the recent win, the "Thunder Kid" currently holds a 12-3 record.
Brooks, for his part, is banking on a 16-2 slate with one no-contest decision as he enters the Circle for the first time next month.
The former UFC fighter rides on a three-match win streak since September 2019. He had two UFC wins and two losses in UFC Fight Night.
Eduard Folayang and Stephen Loman, Adiwang's teammates, were also called for mixed martial arts action against Japanese-Korean sensation Yoshihiro Akiyama and former UFC veteran John Lineker, respectively, in ONE on TNT IV on April 29.
