Farm worker amazes Pangasinan town by lifting 50 kilos of palay with his teeth

ASINGAN, Pangasinan – A 42-year-old farm worker has amazed this town for his ability to lift a cavan of palay (unhusked rice) weighing 50 kilos using his teeth.

Romel Aguilar, information officer here, said news about Ronald Villoser’s talent has been going around and many residents, including municipal hall staff, were not convinced that he could do this. 

Villoser, who is employed by a municipal councilor, was challenged and showed his talent Thursday to some residents and municipal staff.

He lifted a sack of palay from a thresher and walked around in his workplace, a palay buying station-cum-warehouse, under the heat of the Sun, captivating his audience who took a video of this as a proof.

“Nagulat ang marami at napakitaan sila ng kakaibang talento na kayang magpasaya ng tao lalo na ngayong pandemic (Many were surprised and amazed by the unique talent he has shown and this made them happy this pandemic),” Aguilar said.

Villoser said he has been doing this since he was 22 just for fun and entertainment.

“Katuwaan lang po kapag nagpapakita ako ng bagay na ganito, at hindi ko po naman ginamit para pagkakitaan sa sarili ko (What I am doing is just for fun and I am not using may talent to earn money),” Villoser said.

Villoser said he can also peel coconuts using his teeth and cited fruits and vegetables as the reason why he has very strong choppers.
