Execration's Kielvj involved in accident prior to team's MPL PH Season 7 debut

Execration's new jungler Kiel VJ "Kielvj" Hernandez figured in an accident hours before the team plays its debut against Smart Omega in the MPL Philippines Season 7.

His mother Marvi Sijan posted on Thursday night, March 18, a photo showing Kielvj with blood on his face while sitting on a wheelchair in the hospital where he was rushed.

Sijan said the upper part of a double deck bed with a person on it fell on her son. Fortunately, Kielvj was able to hold it and reduce the severity of the accident.

Sijan added that they're still waiting at the emergency area for the X-ray examination.

A two-time MPL champion from Sunsparks (Aura PH), Kielvj and his new team Execration are scheduled to face Season 6 runner-up Omega in the opening match on Friday, March 19, at 4 p.m.

Execration has yet to make an announcement regarding Kielvj's status. Should he be unavailable, sixth man and veteran player Billy "Z4pnu" Alfonso may be forced to play.
