The actress-TV host-model introduced her newborn to fans via social media recently.

Posting a pic of them together, she wrote: "Meet Illya Samantha..."

She added, "Seeing her for the first time morning of March 5 at 10:52 am, made us the happiest @jason_choa , we knew our lives will change..."

Phoem was referring to the father of the child, businessman and race car driver, Jason Choachuy, also known as among the many exes of Rhian Ramos.
