Some parents love their children so much they buy them whatever, whenever.
Well, there's nothing wrong with that, particularly if you are rich.
Take a gander at restaurant magnate Reynaldo Ongpauco.
No doubt, the man love his daughter Heart Evangelista.
And so much.

Never mind that she was once so stubborn to the point she actually publicly defied them.
In a recent vlog, Heart recalled how her father bought her the bag that started her journey to collecting more of the same pricey designer pieces as a peace offering of sorts.
Apparently, they had this "really, really bad fight," where she decided not to speak with her parents for a "really, really long time."
"When I finally made peace with my family this was the bag that he gave me," she said of her much beloved Hermes Birkin bag.
Heart might think the story cute but it's quite telling, really.
It reminded us of what our grandfather would say whenever we misbehave.
Quoting the esteemed Greek playwright Aristophanes:
"The children now love luxury; they have bad manners, contempt for authority; they show disrespect for elders and love chatter in place of exercise. Children are now tyrants, not the servants of their households. They no longer rise when elders enter the room. They contradict their parents, chatter before company, gobble up dainties at the table, cross their legs, and tyrannize their teachers..."
And why did Heart share this story?
Who knows?
In any case, Heart related she desired the bag ever since she saw Lindsay Lohan with one.
Her father didn't approve of it.
"I always wanted an Hermes Birkin and Hermes Kelly ever since I was young because I saw my mom wearing one but my dad never really liked it on me because it looked a little bit older than me," she said.
Well, a huge tantrum changed that, obviously.
