A store merchandiser was nabbed after stealing two jars of Nutella chocolate spread at a shopping center in Mandaluyong City on Monday, March 8.

The suspect was identified as John Irvin Saysay, 30.

Investigation showed that around 5:50 p.m., Saysay, an employee of the shopping center, was arrested after being frisked by the mall guards at the entrance/exit gates. They found the two jars of Nutella that were shoplifted by the suspect.

The suspect is now under the custody of the Mandaluyong City police.
