The city government has temporarily placed under lockdown its Local Civil Registry (LCR) office to undergo disinfection and sanitation process after six of its employees tested positive for COVID-19.

The LCR is closed from March 8 to March 14, city government’s spokesperson, Dr. Casimiro ‘Junjun’ Ynares, III announced.
Regular operations of the LCR Office will resume on March 15.
Employees of the LCR will work from home in the meantime and will attend to concerns via email at antipolo.lcr@gmail.com.
Individuals seeking issuance of death certificates, burial permits, and cremation permit applications can go to the City Health Office at M. Santos St., Brgy. San Roque instead.
Meanwhile, those who wish to inquire about LCR services can go to the information desk at GAD Building right beside the Antipolo Cathedral.
On March 7, Antipolo recorded 15 new cases bringing its total tally to 4,608.
