Kris Aquino says she left Quezon City to 'run away from love'

Ever wondered why Kris Aquino left her posh home in Quezon City?

Well, fret no more.

Kris has a ready explanation for it.

Apparently, it was her way of escaping romance.

"I was running away from love," was how she put it.

OMG!

Who might that be?

Well, it seems like the "love" she's referring to is her past romance with former Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista.

According to her, she needed to stay away because her high blood pressure from "seven years of emotional stress" is "awful" for her autoimmune conditions.

"Irrational as it may seem, had I not moved to Quezon City, our paths would never have crossed," she related.

Note that according to previous reports, Kris and Herbert made sweet music in 2014 starting when the actor-turned-politician asked for her phone number.

During their on-and-off relationship, the 52-year-old star proposed marriage to Kris twice, in 2014 and 2017 -- which the 50-year-old vlogger both declined.
