Raymond Gutierrez shares inspiring story on body transformation

Once upon a time, Raymond Gutierrez used to be overweight.

With persistence, the twin brother of Richard is now a Greek sculpture come to life.

How did he do it?

Recently, Raymond shared how he lost 70 pounds to completely change his life.

According to him, the whole process did not just change him physically but mentally as well. 

It allowed him to continue on with his fitness journey -- building muscle and gaining strength -- to this day.

He made clear there are no shortcuts.

Raymond maintained nothing beats consistent hard work.

The son of Annabelle Rama and Eddie Gutierrez gave a piece of advice to those who want to follow in his footsteps.

"Find a program that works for you and do something you enjoy," he said. 

Raymond related he's been training with a coach.

He also focused on his diet.

"What you see here isn’t an overnight success story; it’s the product of many hours in the gym, changing my eating habits, and finding the support group to help me achieve my goals. It’s never too late to change your life. If I can do it, so can you," he ended.
