2 teens dead in Ilocos Norte motorcycle crash

LAOAG CITY, Ilocos Norte – Two teenagers died when the motorcycle they were riding on crashed into a concrete road barrier in Barangay Bengcag here Thursday.
Police identified the victims as Jim Prince Bill Gasidan Valdez, 20, of Paoay, this province, and CK Leano, of Cagayan.
Police said Valdez lost control of the motorcycle while traversing the curve portion of the bypass road and crashed into a concrete barrier and then hit a steel signage.
They sustained severe injuries and were declared dead on arrival at the Laoag City General Hospital.
