LOOK: Catriona Gray's El Nido style is our new summer vibe

While we are still feeling the cold breeze every now and then, there is no denying that the summer season is right around the corner. After 2020's indoor summer experience, many of us are in dire need of vitamin sea. With the restrictions now loosening and local destinations opening their doors, it is time to rediscover our country's best travel spots with a new sense of style to match our face masks.

If you're looking for fashion inspiration, then look no further than our very own champion of Filipino style, Catriona Gray. The crowned Miss Universe 2018 and National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) ambassador is having her time under the sun in picturesque El Nido, Palawan. Of course, apart from enjoying the powdery white sands with her fur baby Theo and tasting the island's best cuisine, she is also bringing her A game with her tropical looks.

Here's Cat enjoying the golden hour on the island wearing a ribbed swimwear by local brand Dia Ali, made more romantic with a flounce blouse.

While strolling the lush tropical greens of El Nido, Cat donned another Dia Ali piece, this time a flowy cover up with delicate floral details. She accessorized it with a nito vine woven bag by Palawan-based brand Ahon.

A trip to the beach is all about statement earrings and bold sunglasses. Cat served it with the Barlovento earrings by Columbian Collective and a sepia eyewear by Dezi.

Cat sure loves texture in her style, which is evident in her Chio di Stefania D ensemble and the oversized banig hat by Piopio.

A pearl is a chameleon accessory, which can be dressed up or down. Cat's dainty Jewelmer Champagne necklace perfectly complement's her island rouge.

Catriona brought a dash of color to paradise with her Revolve dress with a fringed hemline.

Of course, Catriona rocked the current one-piece swimwear trend with a piece from Dia Ali.
