Dasmariñas, Cavite LGU reopens public urban garden for the first time since ECQ

DASMARIÑAS CITY, Cavite - The city government reopened on Tuesday (Feb. 23) its public urban garden, Promenade Des Dasmariñas, for the first time since the onset of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

Park visitors are required to abide by the minimum health protocols, including temperature and health check upon entry, mandatory wearing of face masks and face shields, and physical distancing.

There is a one-hour time limit for each visitor and the urban garden will only allow 300 visitors per hour or 30 percent of its normal capacity. Vendors are not allowed within the vicinity and only residents between 18 and 65 years old will be accommodated in the park.

Other parks within the city, including those with playground amenities, remain close to the public.
