They already announced their engagement way back in 2019 but Rachel Peters and Migs Villafuerte were still able to pull a prank on their social media followers of late.
A series of photos they posted on Valentine's as taken at a beach, had some fans asking if they were engaged to be married.
One of the photos had Migs down on one knee but holding a beer.
Another had Rachel standing right in front of a sandwritten message that read: "Will you marry me?"
The couple didn't reply to any of the comments but thankfully fans ultimately got the joke.
Said one, "You pulled out the "will you marry me" prank well, queen hahahaha happy Valentine's!!"
"Buti na lang I read the whole details, i thought it was Migs na eh... hehehe...," said another.
Rachel wrote as caption: "One fine afternoon."
"Happy Valentines Day fam xxx love from the (almost) V’s."
And it seems there's a side story to the sandwriting as it actually belonged to an anonymous couple.
Rachel commented, "Congrats to the couple, whoever you are, that just got engaged- hope you said yes girl, this spot is beautiful."
Note Rachel and Migs were scheduled to tie the knot last year. It was postponed due to the pandemic.
