Arrested was Balnit Turla Singh, 26, resident of Baseco Compound, Port Area, Manila.

Singh, a neighbor of the two victims, reportedly befriended them first, according to a report from GMA News.

But after several conversations, the suspect began asking for sexual favors from the two victims.

After failing to get their attention, Singh edited their faces on sexual photos and threatened to leak them.

He also allegedly threatened to kill the victims' parents if they would not give him what he wanted.

The suspect admitted what he did, saying that he has also victimized other girls. He said his bad luck with love pushed him to commit the crime.

"Dahil po sa mga nililigawan ko, lahat wala pong sumasagot sakin. Humihingi lang po talaga ako ng pasensya (Because all the people that I'm pursuing, no one agreed to be with me. I'm asking for forgiveness)," Singh said in an interview with GMA News.

The two victims were accompanied by their mother when they went to the Baseco Police District to file a case against the suspect.

Singh was captured after the police pretended to be the victims through chat.

The arrested suspect will be facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 and Republic Act 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009.
