Tony Award-winning singer Lea Salonga has proven that being a fangirl has no age limit.

This showed to be true after she expressed admiration to the South Korean boy band BTS whose members' ages range from 23 to 28 years old.

On Twitter, Salonga allowed her followers to ask her questions about BTS.
According to her, BTS actually helped save her mental health.

In fact, she noted that if she had to choose one K-pop group to listen to for her whole life, it would be BTS, without question.

"So far, it’s been a lot of fun! I’ve connected with a couple of other fangirls close to my age, and we have a great appreciation for their talent. Like we’re proud aunties!," the 49-year-old seasoned thespian said when asked how it is being a BTS stan.

How did she know about the group?

"Saw them on TV performing DNA, but didn’t latch on until Dynamite. Then that was it. I was done," she shared.

Lea maintained among her favorite music videos of the group is "ON" Kinetic Manifesto.

"From Sienna Lalau’s eyebrow at the top of the video to that dance break to each member just being so strong and fierce. I watch it a few times a week," she related.

Her favorite BTS songs?

"Blue & Grey (cathartic, taps into emotions that seem to be stuck and gets them out), ON (because the choreo is SICK!), BS&T (again, that video), and Dynamite. There’s more, but that’s off the top of my head."

But if she's to recommend other BTS songs except those that are already popular, Lea suggested to go to SoundCloud and listen to Jungkook’s covers and his other solo stuff.

Speaking of Jungkook, Lea also talked about her opinion about some members of the group.

She described the latter as "supremely gifted" while J-Hope as someone "so talented and sunshine-y."

"I heart a dance captain, hence I heart him," she said.

As for Kim Taehyung or most commonly known as V, Lea described him as "compelling."

Her favorite quality about him is his "sense of humor, mischief and fun."

Her most-liked picture of him: "None! They’re all good!"

Aside from talking about BTS, Lea also shared tips about being a fearless and confident singer.

She also revealed her perks of being a Disney legend which is "going to Disneyland for free."
