Dela Cruz said the Bible is a valuable spiritual tool that can bring change to one's life and urged police officers to use it as a special weapon against the forces of darkness.

De Leon thanked the NLSGI and said the police will put the Bibles to good use.

"This is also very timely because the Philippine National Police is now focusing on spiritual reformation in its internal cleansing program," he said.
