Anne Curtis ships husband's new recipe hoping it would go viral

Anne Curtis was the first to taste Erwan Heussaff's new recipe, an amalgam of a banana cake and leche flan.

Called Leche Nana, Anne described it as a "very good combination of sweet and sweet."

She added, she could probably eat four slices of it given how fluffy it is.

"It's like a burst of like fluffiness in your mouth," she added.Â

Note the recipe is the result of Erwan's effort to create something that would go viral.

"What does it take for food or recipe to go viral? On TikTok, it seems pretty straightforward. It's something that obviously has to be delicious but more importantly, has to be convenient and easy to do. That's how trends like the One Pan Egg Toast, Dalgona Coffee, Tortilla Fold, or even the Feta Pasta all got started," he said on the video.

"The other type of dishes that get quite popular online are mashups of much love treats think Ice Cream Cake, Ube Cheese Pandesal, Leche Donuts, Chai Latte, or Pancake Cereal. This is the direction I want to take. So let's try and make the next trending dish."
