Some members of SexBomb have sought the assistance of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) over online hate comments.

SexBomb girls Aira Bermudez, Grace Nera, and Jopay Paguia expressed hope that the NBI would help them track down netizens linked to below-the-belt bashings.

They suspect that the hate comments are coming from just one person who could also be using fake social media accounts.

“Kaya lumapit kami sa NBI para lang ‘yong mga fake accounts na ginagawa, malaman natin kung sa kaniya nanggagaling lahat kasi sobra na ‘yong ginagawa niya eh like may koneksyon na sa family namin,” Aira said in an interview on "24 Oras."

Aira said one of the suspects could be her former house help who pretended to be a fan so that she could with her.

They also said some of them are using their names and addresses to book online purchase.

“Kung sa tingin mo nalilinlang mo kami, naloloko mo kami, napapaikot mo kami, ang batas hindi mo mapapaikot ‘yan. Tandaan mo yan, Mahuhuli’t mahuhuli ka,” Jopay said.

Once as former mainstays of "Eat Bulaga," the all-female group rose to fame in 1999 when they evolved into multimedia stars with careers in singing, dancing and acting.
